What Forms of Payment do Smoots accept?

    

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal.

We Do Not accept Personal checks or money orders.

Order Questions

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is email us: orders@mysmoots.com anytime 24/7. We will respond to your order inquiry between the hours of Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm PT.

What’s my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse directly to your door.

Shipping Questions

Where do you ship?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV to everywhere in the world including PO Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

If we can’t ship to your location and funds have been received, we will reimburse your funds within 1 to 3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping on orders over $50 dollars or more throughout the entire U.S - All other international orders have a flat rate of $14.95 per order.

 Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship all orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx and/or DHL (we will send tracking number with receipt of purchase email):

  • Domestic orders take up to 2-5 business days to arrive.
  • Canadian orders take up to 5-7 business days to arrive.
  • All other international orders take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive.

 Please note: Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping on MySmoots orders.

All products are subject to a 30-day return policy and must be unwashed and in the condition you received them to qualify for an exchange or refund.

All underwear are subject to a 30-day return policy and must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition, you received them to qualify for an exchange or refund. To start an exchange or return, please email us at returns@mysmoots.com.  

For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage (for items damaged or error on order by Smoots). For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is not provided.
